     12X10 stalls, 10X10 stalls matted daily turn out at least 5 days /per week - weather permitting, regular stall cleaning, Round the clock care. Grain, 11% -12% twice daily (up to 1 scoop per feeding) Hay 3x's day or turn out.

     May thru Sept, $10/month fan service charge (owner supplies fan – must be new or serviced)

Outside :

       $225/mo

     Hay and horses are grained 2x/s day for an additional charge (up to 1 scoop per feeding) Hitch rails available outside for tacking up.

     Reduced rates on Blanket cleaning/repair and on Hat cleaning/shaping. Locked Tack Room for equipment. 

     All horses, required to have Negative Coggins within one year. Out of State horses, required to have 30 day Health Certificate.

     Deworming scheduled every other month, priced per rotation

ADDITIONAL BOARDING SERVICES:

?         Trailer parking $10 per month

?         Additional hay and grain for a nominal fee

?         Veterinarian Care and Farrier Care scheduled with our vet and farrier and billed to owner.  However, you may have the vet or farrier of your choice.  Health care/Farrier care will be provided per vet's/farriers's  instructions for a small fee.   Owner pays for meds and supplies required.

?         Supplements  - owner supplies supplements and they will be fed for a small  fee.

?         Leg wrapping, blanketing, for an additional fee per occurrence

?         Blanket cleaning and repair priced per schedule

?         Individual turnout for a small fee
