I have known Jessica
Krenski since she was a very young child showing ponies at The
Horse Palace, even at that point in her life she was connecting
with her pony.
She has developed into one of the finest
horsewomen I've ever known. This young lady has a way of
communicating with a horse that is unbelievable. I have worked
for and been around successful trainers and I have never seen
results like she produces.
Jessica has a way of getting her equine pupil
to understand and enjoy its job. She breaks a horse to be
willing and quiet in the performance of it's duties. Jessica has
excellent ring presence. Her turn out is unbelievable. Jessica
has a way of never being trapped in a crowd, and those of us
that show pleasure horses know how difficult that is to
accomplish. I would recommend this young lady for all your
training needs no matter what the discipline is that you choose
to pursue.
Sincerely,
Paul Mareschal

We brought our
recently acquired horse to Crescent Ridge to have him evaluated. We basically
rescued Ole from a bad situation and knew nothing about his background. Jessie
was able to work with him and find out exactly what kind of training he might
have had in his past. We found out that he knew nothing. Jessie took this 13 yr
old horse who had no training and in 6 weeks turned him into a horse with a
basic understanding of what he was expected to do when asked by his humans.
Crescent Ridge brought Ole along nice and slowly since he had been turned out to
pasture for 3 yrs and was in poor shape physically. He was about 200 or more
pounds overweight. Ole came back home fit and trim and ready for anything we
wanted to do with him. Ole was the 2nd horse we brought to Crescent Ridge to be
trained. We recommend Crescent Ridge to ANYONE who has a horse to be trained.
Both Nancy and Jessie kept us posted on the horses' training and how well they
were coming along. They worked with both us and the horse to learn how the
training process was done. We rode our horses under their close supervision and
knew that when we brought our student horse home, we understood how his training
was done and how to get the same results with him at home. I will be bringing
ALL my horses who are in need of training to CRESCENT RIDGE and can recommend
them to anyone in need of a decent, humane trainer.

Thank you for all your help and time. Thanks for
sponsoring me for the
Warren County Rodeo Queen 2006. Thank you for allowing me to work for
you this summer and giving me such a good learning opportunity. I would also
like to thank you for letting me stay the night so often. I had a lot of fun.
Thanks a lot,
Lorna Dreyer
I couldn’t be more
pleased with the care and training my horses received at
Crescent Ridge Ranch! My 5 year old gelding, Ricco, went to CRR
for a tune-up last spring and has done extremely well this show
season. He came home with 4 ribbons from the ARHA World Show in
Tennessee and even filled in at the last minute as the mount for
Hailey when her horse was unable to compete in the 11 and under
walk/trot class. We took Amateur Reserve High Point 2 points
behind first place for MoRHA, Reserve Adult High Point for MRSC
and APHA PAC High Point in Western Riding--a very rewarding
year!

Trader is just 3 and I was having some trouble putting the pieces
together when riding him. Jessica worked with Trader’s
collection and then showed me how to achieve the same results.
Her patient and supportive style of training helped me
accomplish my goals and he is placing in classes that are a
challenge for older more experienced horses.

WOW, what a difference in just 30 days! I took my very green 2 year
old gelding to Crescent Ridge Ranch and after a month he is
loping around the arena on a loose rein. Jessica has done a
fabulous job with his training and I feel confident that he is
being well cared for during his stay at CRR. No matter how many
questions I ask, Jess is always happy to answer them and help me
better understand the process of starting a young horse.

Being a client of Crescent Ridge Ranch and considering Ms.
Krenski a friend, I know that she would be an asset to any
organization that is fortunate enough to enlist her as a judge,
clinician or trainer.
Being lucky enough to have a very
sharp, skilled eye that can recognize the minutest moves that a
horse and rider make and the ability to communicate with both
horses and people, she makes riding fun and learning easy. The
results are fabulous and swift.
Additionally, she maintains an easy,
level-headed attitude, demonstrating patience and kindness with
horses entrusted to her care. Jessica possesses knowledge of a
wide variety of equine events, over the course of her life; she
has tried almost any event associated with showing horses.
Crescent Ridge Ranch took excellent care
of our 3 year old mare turning her into a trusted mount for my
10 year old son, Patric. She is very willing and quiet. We even
participated in a local parade after she sat for many months
with phenomenal results. No one believed she hadn t been in
parades for her entire life or that she was as young as she is.
We never worried about her care while she was in training.

Dude and I have done so
much together that I do not know where to begin. To start with,
I should tell you how Dude and I met. About three years ago, I
had a young barrel horse (Dusty) that was not working out for
me. It was the month that 4H Horsemanship started and I could
not get him under control. When one of our family friends,
Michelle Dreyer told us that one of her friends, Nancy Krenski,
had the perfect horse for me. My mom gave Nancy a call. She told
us to come out and give him a try. On the day that I saw Dude, I
knew that he was going to be part of my horse career. Dude is
one of the sweetest horses that I have owned, and he takes good
care of me. The first year that I got Dude, it was kind of rough
because we were just getting to know each other, but we managed
pretty well. That year in 4H I got reserve champion in Western
Pleasure. I was a member of the Gateway Saddle Club, and
overall, we placed 6th in Gelding Halter, and 5th in 3rd
division barrels. Last year I placed 5th in the walk trot and
western pleasure, and 3rd in 3rd division barrels. In 4H, I won
reserve champion in western pleasure. Also, I started running
for Rodeo Queens again. I won first runner up at Lincoln County
Rodeo. I participated in the St. Charles Fair Rodeo as a member
of the drill team (flag presentation). This year, in my opinion,
has been the best ever. At Gateway Saddle Club I won 3rd overall
in walk-trot barrels and 2nd in 3rd division barrels. In 4H I
won 2nd in poles, reserve champion in western pleasure, reserve
champion in showmanship, and 4th in barrels. In my rodeo queen
career, I won the titles of 2007 Lincoln County Rodeo Queen,
2007 Warren County Rodeo Queen, and second runner up at Hawk
Point Rodeo. This year I started showing English, and Dude won
English walk trot, and English pleasure at Gaitway Walking
Horse. If it wasn't for Nancy and Jessica giving me lessons with
Dude to help get to know him better and teaching me the proper
techniques of riding, Dude and I would not have been this
successful.
THANK YOU SO MUCH NANCY AND JESS!!!!!!!!!!!
Sincerely,
Kelly
| I
was so impressed with the training my horse received at
the Crescent Ridge Ranch! |
 |
Their
tremendous experience and commitment was
apparent in
every stage
of the training. I especially loved how involved I was
allowed to be in
the work that was done with my horse. Their
methods were
obviously effective in the changes I saw even over a
short period of
time, and I could not be happier with the results.
